I'm Cynthia Ruff, Founder of The Influencer Consultant.
I spent my corporate career developing compensation packages for top-level executives and salespeople. I also ran an agency and blogged on the side.
This combined insight has helped me transform the way brands employ influencers by:

I see influencer marketing as a meaningful opportunity to enhance your brands value. Influencers who connect with a brand drive more substantial customers.
In my previous corporate career, I thrived as a compensation consultant. While I love working as an influencer and agency owner, something was always missing—that opportunity to serve my clients and uplift them through intentional recommendations.
It was two years ago when I enrolled in my MBA at Georgia Tech, that I realized I had the opportunity to build a consulting firm combining the two things I love: strategic growth roadmaps and influencer partnerships.
Friends in startups constantly sought me out to develop their influencer strategy and I’ve had the pleasure of watching our initial conversations blossom into full on social media domination through those partnerships.
For me, the payoff is in watching your brand succeed and meet it’s goals.
